RE:RE:01 expanding staffI suppose there is a refinance through dilution of shares on the horizon 

Doubtful 01 has a working line of credit, since their revenue is scant

May be advisable to dilute at $1 per share.  Hurts existing shareholders a bit less. If management cares. 

Maybe February?
