RE:Yup.Interesting observation Gary:  these REITs flash green early in the day, then swoon.    You have discerned this pattern time and again.  The Big Boys are trying to crush our souls and drive us into capitulation.  Don't give them the satisfaction:  hang in there!

You should write a stream-of-consciousness chronicle of these anomalies and shenanigans - it might not be an immediate bestseller, but I'd gladly pony up for a first edition.  It would be a nice companion volume to Faulkner's "The Sound and the Fury" which I am struggling to wade through at present.
