RE:Eric Sprott retired??Any company that bears Eric Sprott's surname is and always will be synonymous with Eric Sprott and will always have plenty to do with Eric Sprott.
Eric Sprott supposedly being retired frees up Eric Sprott and allows him the flexibility to persue the lead and then ultimately bring "Sprott" in for portions of the arranged for spoils, which also clearly benefits Eric Sprott not just financially.
By the way, we didn't find out whether that previous flow-through "charity" financing initiative had been partially or wholly subscibed to by or on behalf of Eric Sprott.
We know partaking of flow-through "charity" financing initiatives are invariably done for certain reasons, not the least of which is quite profitable personal tax planning.
We also know partaking of flow-through "charity" financing initiatives is also a heck of a particular way to have exercised "unseen strings attached" type control over tranches of a given company's equities by supposedly entirely independently acting persons.
In my opinion, flow-through "charity" financing initiatives are representative of one of the most abused Canadian Federal government allowed mechanisms intentionally facilitating of what can otherwise be considered tax evasion - forget the tax avoidance language; it's a Canadian Federal Government sanctioned tax evasion ability for accredited investors and Canadian mining industry millionaires (e.g. Seymour Schulich, i.e. if he is still around, lol).
