Kakwa is a condensate-rich and high-deliverability natural gas play with top-tier development opportunities. Its operations in northeast British Columbia are located near Dawson Creek and the region includes Greater Dawson, Sunrise, Attachie, and Septimus and Sundown. The Greater Dawson operating area includes Dawson Phases I, II, III and IV and Parkland. The Attachie is a condensate-rich, natural gas play primed for large-scale development. Sunrise is a dry natural gas play with a low-cost structure, well deliverability and direct connectivity to liquefied natural gas Canada.

I think that put the kybosh on a triple top too but if you still want to worry a H&S is always possible but with all these tailwinds in the start of the NG season I doubt one will materialize.

Think happy thoughts and recall that some analysts still have ARX as a takeover target.

Are there any price targets in mind for accepting a takover bid say $35 per share cash?

~ $8 / share cash or ~30% in lieu of a 1 year wait?

I don't think we have to worry about the 250k inclusion rate anymore but maybe all stock deal is better?
