Most likely TSX would not approve cus the SP was trading significantly higher than the $5 US.
Poet should have insisted on renegotiating to a fair higher price or Cancel the blessed deal and use the ATM..
Bankers and management getting rich on the backs of retail SH .through cheap DILUTION..JMO
