entire telco sector is going down. not just BCE
1. too much debt
2. future profits diminised with gov't regulatoins from CRTC .
3. future capital expenditures more expensive as huaweii compeition was what reduce prices from erikson and nokia, now the two will jack up prices for their hardware and no discountrs for 5G..debt increase more if telco need to upgrade future telco hardware for 5G
