RE:RE:RE:The actual offer is a printed "Summary" over 40 pagesSorry that the gov,t of Canada with held some of your dividend ...probably short about 25% ...the yankies will do the same for us up here exept Canada and the U S ..have a tax treaty ...but if you win money in Las Vegas they will withhold 50% of our winnings ...you have to apply to get it...
