RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Hopefully Yes it is, yet it requires a sales pitch, a sales pitch that is obviously extremely difficult when even clients that have employed some technologies and seen the benefits have to be "resold" on replications.

The only conclusion is that these things require upfront money regardless how short the payback period is and organizations have many choices where to use that upfront money where the free money to help the environment is not quite the most pressing or desirable criteria.

Hard for us to imagine because at large we cannot find risk-free investments that provide us a full return on investment within 3 years.  We'd all be millionaires within a decade.  Yet the companies that we invest in pass up on these kinds of investments.  Go figure.
