RE:TD

RE:TDA few more details. GLTA

CJT: We forecast 26% revenue growth y/y to $281 million (cons: $270 million). Domestic network revenue growth forecast of 9.7% y/y based on strong e-commerce demand and contract pricing. We do not expect Canada Post strike to have material impact given CPGOC contract contains minimal volume guarantees and our belief any diverted volume could have still ended up on CJT aircraft given its dominant market position (approx. 90% share). We estimate 21.0% ACMI revenue growth based on pricing and payload. Charter revenue is forecast to increase 70% based on the new Great Vision agreement and benefit from Canadian port strike disruption. We forecast adjusted EBITDA of $91.5 million (cons: $90.5 million), up 12.2% y/y, based on 10 bps of margin expansion due to fuel and aircraft utilization, partially offset by heightened pilot overtime and training costs.
