what do you mean a scam? just becuase they can never sell anything but their own shares, finance everything with paper offerings, never follow through with any predictions, pay useless marketing firms to not market the company, have management always sell at the high and finance at the low, pivot to whateve is hot in the industrry but cant deliver to accomodate what is needed in the industry...no this cant be a pump and dump
