DM probably has run out of cash and cannot pay the printing costs and associated fees. Without PO DM will have to ward off bankrupcy filing.( IMO)

DM has no revenue producing assets with cash flow and is rurning out of cash . Had only 329,999 as of Sept30.

IMO opinion you will never see reverse split from this bunch.as they destroyed all aspects of their verticals. if they sellHealth care ,what is left fo r600 million shares. (IMO) Nothing.
