RE:TD Notes

RE:TD NotesThanks, as always, for providing so much information retiredcf.  Great stuff.
I loved Deloitte's outlook on natural gas pricing and stablity.  Fingers crossed (as Albertans have been doing for 30+ years...lol).
What angers me so much about the TD Cowan report is right near the end where they point out that  "Canada already produces 5 million barrels of oil per day", with my emphasis on "already" as if it is a good thing.  As most of us will recall, prior to the Trudeau regime and its anti-pipeline, anti-oil legislation, Alberta (yes, just Alberta) was projected to be producing 6.8 million barrels of oil by 2020.  The "new" narrative is how well Canada/Alberta is doing on the energy front, but it is nowhere near the projections during the early 2010s prior to the Trudeau regime.  One can only hope the narrative under the next Federal Government changes back to a more neutral position than one of constant antagonism towards the oil and gas industry.
Keep posting and thanks again.
