Evans is clearly trying to optimize Xtract's attractiveness to potential takeover buyers by smothering the SP.
As to a "diversified manufacturing plan"- is that really for optimizing growth? Or is it for another purpose? Can we really trust anything that comes out of that guy's gob?
Evans also said Smart Gateway was a game changing disruptor (wasn't), that the stock was going on a rocket ride (didn't), and that share price was going to be a "major focus" going forward (isn't).
I do think that Xtract is expanding its production capability stateside, but only to lend attractiveness to potential US buyers.
IMO, If you're averaged down below $1 CAD, you will likely break even.
Evans has a plan, but shareholders definitely aren't part of it.
Spring 2025 is my guess. Just before the projected growth surge, so that the new buyer will have some early wins to announce.
Effing scary how much sense that makes.
