If the $12 return of capital puts his acb in a negative position, he is paying capital gains on that whether he sells or not. Just as an aside, I would place no emphasis on the trades of the executives at Pou other than Jim.

I've seen executives sell  all along the way yet I was buying. They are  always worried about diversification (other than the Riddell's) getting a paycheck from pou and owning stock. That's fine and understandable. Wrong investment decison but understandable. Finally, nobody at pou would trade on non-public information.  I can't stress this enough - we ain't got nothing to worry about  with pou. It's a beast. New chapter but it will be all good.
