You can't.
There are 3,144,491 class B shares outstanding. These shares - privately held - effectively control the company, similar to the Desmarais family at (much larger) Power Corporation.
We have seen a few, very few, examples over the years of companies where the owners of controlling class agreed to convert into regular common shares - typically at a HUGE premium (Magna for example)
