The best guess of what you are missing is that those numbers are stale dated.

I looked at Globe Investor and CIBC Analysts -- there are 13 in total.

of those ZERO have WEED as a buy, even at these reduced levels
there were four SELLS and 9 holds listed, going back to 6 months.

The other stock that is tied to USA opening the legal windows is TLRY it is also getting creamed
