RE:RE:Financial Statements

RE:RE:Financial StatementsBy focusing on the shareprice you will distract yourself from what is actually important - The Fundamentals.

You can have a positive trend in a shareprice while the company accumulated debt and while sales are actually not trending well, flat, or even trending down.

TLRY has a very low shareprice however sales are increasing, debt is dropping and even margins have improved.

EPS (Earnings Per Share) has been trending to the positive nicely and when compared to other cannabis companies it's much better. Shares are literally trading for less than what they are worth based on the value of the company (Less than Book Value)

Your comment on Goodwill will require you to research and go through the details of the report. First, search out "company financials good bad Goodwill". I believe investorpedia has articles and examples that go over examples of both good Goodwill and bad Goodwill.  TLRY has Goodwill value assigned to parents and brands.  There is a method for assigning those values which can also be researched.

Regarding consolidating the shares.  Personally I do not see the CEO going down that road, at least not in 2025.  There is a lot of potential develops in this calendar year that have positives for TLRY.  The most notable is a potentially EPS positive report appearing in 2nd half of the fiscal year

The hard part with investing is finding a good company that is undervalued, what's even harder is having the patience and the fortitude to patiently wait for that company to prove itself out.

You should find yourself frustrated at times, tired and questioning, that's normal. The only way to address this is to double down in the research and go over at least the last 4 QTR reports to confirm the trends in sales, revenue, EPS improvements etc.

I'm not in this stock because I'm "trapped" I can tap out like anyone else. I'm on this one because I see it as undervalued, trending properly and I'm patient. I've bailed on stocks in the past that I second guessed and they were big winners after I took a loss.  Hard lessons are hard forgotten and now I work off the research I do for myself, not the opinions of others.

GL with it all, thanks for contributing to the forum.

Best Regards
