MorningstarTheir latest report on AMK, released Jan 11 '25, shows a 1 out of 5 rating, and a valuation of 19 cents. The funny thing is that in their probably AI/Algorithm generated report, no mention is made of the buyout offer, just the fact that the share price is up about 80% in the last year along with a number of other statistics.
In general, lot of these firms publish these apparently auto-generated reports without any obvious human intervention; in this case of AMK the most obvious data point should have been that there was a buyout offer in place and the next-obvious duty would be to evaluate the certainty of it.
I didn't find any other analysts' reports other than the Seeking Alpha one; maybe someone else has seen some. Seeking Alpha is primarily a sell-side site that invites anyone with a membership to submit articles whether you're a well-known professional, an analyst working for an institution, or just a guy on a bullboard. Articles are evaluated, edited, and then published with the degree of scrutiny dependent on your submission history and the number of hits you receive. There is a helpful tips and style guide for new submitters.
A general rule for reading analysis (mostly tending sell-side, usually selling their book) and the targets they provide is to be skeptical while being objective.
