Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical stage pharmaceutical company. RE:RE:Takeover/BuyoutThere is nothing akin to a poison pill currently in place for TLT.  However, I'm inclined towards believing that there are enough shares controlled by folks that know and understand the potential value her that any hostile takeover bid under a buck would quickly fail.  The greater  takeover risk would probably be a cash offer in the 1.50 to 2.00 range.  That might be a coin flip at this point, but I would vote against it.  That said, if it were a stock exchange bid from someone like MRK, it would likely be successful...

but, what do I know...
