Look at this way...So lets saynow theres 50/50 chance that the fed cuts in May or even June (wouldnt surprise me that they postpone to fall again with same bs as 2024)

That means going into that cut REITS should perform well and the 10yr should drop,   just like in august.

So that means we basically  should start the uptrend now anticipating that, assuming it takes 4 months to get back to those hiighs. Sept 15 -Jan 15 downtrend. Feb - May rally then sell the fed cut in May/June as reits hit those highs.

So wha im saying is a long slow 3-4 month uptrend should get going soon, if thats how these things work
