Not Customer Friendly!So I called AC have to go in for surgery so I ask about the possibility of re-scheduling the flight or how I could get back any portion of my costs. They said no my flight has a no cancellation. OK so no problem. So now they say to me but we expect you to call us and confirm if you are going to be a no show. So I asked them like why would you not offer me something like a $100 coupon or $200 coupon for a future flight or even a couple of free drinks on a future flight? Well because that is the way that flight is! So I said to them why would I confirm to you or let you know I am going to be a no show for the flight? So the customer service person said well that is what we expect! I said why so you can fill my seat with someone else and charge them for what I already paid for lol? FU but I did not use that language! Just another reason I hate AC! These people have no business sense! Seems to me if you can retain a customer for the price of a drink why would you not take advantage of that?
