The Company's downstream operations include upgrading and refining operations in Canada and the United States, and commercial fuel operations across Canada.

that's the standard ratios and limits for every NCIB, it doesn't mean they hit the limits. They didn't buy any stock in december after the 12th. They were nowhere near their NCIB limitts in 2024
