RE:RE:RE:Today's News ReleaseThere is no other logical explanation except ATM. 

It would seem that some instituion has invested $20 + million in ONC today. 

That is good news and it will keep the company afloat for another year. 

I must say, that is a very deceptive headline on the PR today. By intention, I suppose.
