RE:RE:Incompetent CEO and BoardAs usual, you are unable to express an opinion or relay information without doing so in a simplistic and belittling manner.
If you feel your opinion is that important to share with others, perhaps you should relay it in a manner that would be socially acceptable in a face to face conversation rather than a keyboard post made from your parents basement.
I generally do not engage in a battle of wits with an unarmed apponent but I will make an exception in this case only to highlight that you missed the point of my post.
I did read the SEDAR posting dated Jan 16, 2025 and there is little to no new information that was not in the original Dec 2, 2024 announcement other than the election deadline is Jan 30, 2025 which noteably is before the February 3, 2025 special meeting and vote.
You say all the information is in the SEDAR release but for me, I would liked to see what information GEAR Energy was going to put in the circular and proxy statement they said would be delivered to shareholders early in January and was inportant for shareholders to read.
If Gear management felt it important enough to mention it in their press release on Dec 18th they should have followed through with it. At the very least, the SEDAR posting should have been accompanied with a press release like every other bit of information that Gear has released in the past.
The reason for the post was to express my concern over my lack of confidence in the CEO and the management team to follow through on even the most basic commitments to shareholders. I thought that was pretty obvious but apparently not to you.
If you want to add value to a post, tell me something I don't already know.
