Email January 16th - Trillion Dispatch and My CommentsThis is an update on operations and not flow rates. I expect we will get flow rates once well #5 and #6 are procudcing at stable and predictable rates. The 3 artificial lift/water pumps were ordered and waiting on their arrival and installation for wells #7 East Ayazil 1, #8 East Ayazil 2 and #9 Akcakoca 5. The cost for the 3 water pumps was just over $2 m . About one months revenue. They would like to purchase a Gas Lift Compressor for South Akcakoca 2 - TFC's cost would be $4m for this compressor and likely later this year. We do NOT want any financing at the current value of our shares...period! Getting our curent wells #1 -#9 working at predictable long term rates will allow the market to allow value for the massive 2P Reserves. This will also allow Trillion to pursue a Credit Facility and/or a Joint Venture for the more expensive drilling planned ahead.
We require guidance on each well and the current status of water loading issues. Once we understand the current status and any planned remedial actions required, we can then be more confident in the gas flow rates. If there are water loading issues with wells, #2, #3, and #4 then what is the plan and the costs involved?
TRILLIONS VELOCITY STRING PROGRAM UPDATE
We are excited to update you on our ongoing efforts to enhance gas production through the SASB Velocity String Program at Trillion Energy's SASB Gas Field. The Velocity String program is an initiative to replace the existing 4 ½" production tubing with 2 3/8" tubing to ensure long-term stable gas production and address water loading issues. Following the last Dispatch, where we provided updates on the program, we are pleased to offer a whole slew of updates.= December 31: - Trillion hired a crane barge which arrived at the Akcakoca production platform to transport the snubbing unit and other key equipment to the Akkaya and East Ayazli tripods, where velocity string operations would occur on the Alapli-2 and Bayhanli-2 gas wells.
- This method enabled us to move the snubbing unit intact, ensuring a quicker start to operations.
January 2: - Once all equipment was safely offloaded onto the Akkaya Tripod, Snubco engineers rigged the snubbing unit onto the Alapli-2 gas well to begin running velocity string tubing into the well.
January 3 - 4: - The crew successfully completed the Alapli-2 natural gas well, running 2,996 meters of velocity string tubing.
- Following this, the snubbing unit would be mobilized to the East Ayazli Tripod, where VS operations on the Bayhanli-2 gas well took place.
January 7: - After loading all key equipment onto the crane barge, the crew successfully mobilized the snubbing unit and anchored the crane barge at the East Ayazli Tripod.
- Snubbing operations on the Bayhanli-2 gas well officially commenced the following day.
January 10: - The crew successfully completed the Bayhanli-2 natural gas well, running 2,888 meters of velocity string tubing.
- Following the completion of this well, the crew demobilized the snubbing unit. Snubco and the crane barge were officially released
January 16: - Nitrogen (N2) tubes are loaded onto the workboat at Akcakoca Port and are en route to the Akkaya Tripod, where nitrogen stimulation will be performed on the Alapli-2 natural gas well.
Once nitrogen lifting is completed on both the Alapli-2 and Bayhanli-2 wells, the crew will make necessary adjustments to choke sizes and wellhead pressure (WHP) until flow rates stabilize.
