They just announced they are moving their head office domicile to the USA but will keep listing in toronto and Australia ....for now....  No way they redomicile without a plan to list in USA. There is no legit market for penny stocks in the USA. Nasdaq requires $4 minimum per share stock price at initial listing. There are exceptions down to $3 and $2 if they have sufficient cash flow, market cap of float, and sponsorship from money makers. NYSE requirements are stricter. So $1 stock price means no listing in USA other than the OTC pink sheet dealer networks. Very few institutions invest at that level. The toronto listing is actually more senior and qualifying than the OTC. But these guys want to get off the porch and run with the big dogs. So yes, there will be a rollup unless the stock rockets to about $5 without a rollup. Wahoo !
