In 2023, the CEO's total compensation was $375K and the CFO's $90K (I guess the director of communications is not considered an executive officer).  My quarterly extrapolation is probably skewed by not including the bonus which may be paid out in the last quarter. Directors were compensated between $23K and $30.5K  There were 6 of them.  The CEO was not paid additional fees for committee work or meetings.
