Any time there is a situation involving litigation, it is never good for a pubco.
QNC has been tainted and will need to prove itself through future press releases to regain shareholder trust/confidence.  
Unbelievable that the stock has traded over 162mm shares in Jan and 432mm shares since Dec 01, on Venture and still has a significant downward trend.
IMO if that TerraNova news had not happened we would be trading over $3.00.
I hope QNC takes them to task in any event!
