RE:RE:RE:Elna Medical GroupPardon my ignorance, but I always ask myself why companies that are struggeling financially; wait for the last minute to go with a 're-constructuring" process ?!! 
They could have consulted and looked into buy a services to improve thier financials - even if a service is provided by a "competitor" like WELL who has SaaS service (WELLSTAR) for such companies.

p.s. I think WELL has around 117 physical facilities across Canada as of Dec 30, 2024
