RE:RE:RE:RE:Why are shares for sale at less than 10cYes Pilgrim your comments are relevant. But Abcourt has more than 5000t (either from Pershimex or from Flordin) to start production. And i think there has been enough drilling and advance in a galery to start producing. SG doesn't have to have many galeries to start producing (only need one ).
Sleeping Giant produced in the past and did not have a lodging facility that would cost $20m .
Yes a lodging facility should be planned but it should not be a prequisite to starting SG mill ( for the first 9 months of production workers can travel to other lodging facility.)
As to +- 300m in warrants due in 2026-27 that would dilute the co .  i have expressed my thought on the subject in the past and still think it could be possible.
Here is my suggestion : Since it will be a big dilution in the future when Abcourt should not need financing it would be wise to offer every warrant holders the wt holders to buy in early at say 0.03 for wt at 0.05c and  0.04 for wt exercible at 0.06c . The result could be that no more dilution needed to produce.
Is it better to dilute today in PP at 0.05c with more wt at 0.06c  or lower the price of wt exercible in 2-3 years.
Fernand
