Dogwood Therapeutics, Inc., formerly Virios Therapeutics, Inc., is focused on the clinical development of three assets, Halneuron, IMC-1, and IMC-2. Halneuron is in Phase 2b development as a non-opioid, Nav 1.7 inhibitor, to treat the neuropathic pain associated with chemotherapy treatment. IMC-1 is a novel, proprietary, fixed dose combination of famciclovir and celecoxib designed to synergistically suppress herpes virus replication, with the end goal of reducing virally promoted disease symptoms.
