Gets the job down for who? Pyro, shareholders, family, Trust, Foundation, numbered company, etc?

TMF administrative proceedings ring a bell.

For your theories to be even plausible we would have to be living in a lawless marketplace where it's each man for himself and where insiders can do whatever they want without fear of legal consequences. We don't live in that type of market place
