RE: Questions

RE: Questions"How can they extend there warrants knowing they were coming with a PP at $0,25" SCS were due to run out of cash April. They reduced warrants to 60c and moved final date for them to April, presumabley in hope these would get excised. Market as a whole kept falling. 60c proved too much, share price around 40c and falling, and with no cash in the bank. They would be forced to raise cash just to pay salaries this month, at a price the market would bear. With so little time, a little support for the stock in they would be forced to accept whatever the people offering significant money were willing to pay. What else can SCS do, they are over a barrel? Whether any of these companies approched re PP sold stock into a weak market to defalte price is unkown, volumes certainly seem to have been surprisingly high recently. However, the cash out, no profits, weak markets is also a dam good reason to be dumping stock so..... hope that helps scharest? Idle
