TMG / GE / HON / AEP

TMG / GE / HON / AEP TMG [www.thermalenergy.com] has an annual and "special" meeting on June 21. The GE / HON merger has received tentative approval from the US gov. GE would, of course, inherit the formal TMG / Honeywell flu-ace alliance. Is a GE takeover of TMG in the works? Will this happen in time to be ratified at TMG's "special meeting? If so, AEP would immediately excercise their option to buy 20% of TMG and at least double their money, and retain USA thermalonox righrs. GE would market the flu-ace and if necessary over time, GE has the R&D to improve both the thermalonox and flu-ace technology. juat a few thoughts. jonath
