RE: All this NonsenseFirefox;
Wow there feller - you have to be absolutely certain of what you are doing if you are going to make these types of accusations. I'm not saying no, just that you have to be absolutely certain of your allegations - remember these people are innocent until proven otherwise and just because they do not want to come onto these chat boards and dont want to talk to you is really no reason for a criminal investigation.
If you believe that the board has not me their fiduciary responsibility to you and other shareholders than I suggest the following approach:
1. contact each and every one of the board of directors and ask for a written answer to your questions;
2. once you have those and you still believe that they are not acting on your behalf then contact the OSC.
Again all of this is in my most humble opinion. I have been around some of these before and unless you are prepared to press the point then dont start. I would also suggest that you contact a securities litigator who should provide you with a much more informed position on your legal remedy and for that matter the rest of us. Who knows, he or she may suggest a class action suit- I dont know for what though unless not having share value is a crime?
Agian, my advice is to tread carefully - I'm not implying not to go ahead with it, but be absolutely certain as to why you want to go and that you have a good case. I also question the ethicacy and legality of taking posts from this, or other, bullboards for a criminal investigation. I do not believe that posters put any of this information / rumor/ innuondos etc., on the board for use in a criminal proceeding. Again something you may want to check with a lawyer before making wide eyed allegations. Also have a big chequebook ready once you do start talking. IMHO - do your due diligence and then act decisively.
