RE: Coal shortage

I listened to CNBC and an expert on coal says we do not have the mining infrastructure to ramp up coal output. We need machines, miners, coal cars, rail lines, so he figured 3 years until coal could take up the slack for power generation. Good time for Sherritt Coal?
