RC Stuff!

RC Stuff!I think this board would be better off if we could keep the facts straight and the hype down. Useless hyping does nothing but waste people's time and turn off serious investors who are trying to do some real research on CSY. I think we have seen a lot of this useless type of activity on this board this week. It was a great week for CSY but let's keep it in perspective. RC raises the target of this stock from $4.25 to $5 after only 10 days of coverage and someone complains. I've had quite a bit of experience with Rob Millham & his research associate Felix & I am very encouraged with what they have been doing in regards to CSY. I think they are pretty much bang on with their analysis and target price strategy. CSY will need to earn higher targets as they did this week with the very positive NR. I am confident that they will succeed in earning the praise of the analyst and the market in general. Someone suggested that an additional $22 M contract increase would increase the current FY revenue by that same amount. Please consider that it was possible that this contract may have been factored in to their revenue guidance already or that it may extend out further than FY 2001. My questions around this issue were mainly answered in the RC update from May 18. The following extract from the report states; ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This additional contract was not factored into management's previous guidance or our revenue estimates. The new contract is scheduled over 20 months,so we expect it will contribute at least $5 M in sales for this fiscal year. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ RC has raised the revenue estimate from $55M to $60M for FY2001 & from $82.5M to $90M for FY2002. They also increased the earnings from (.21) to (.17) for FY 2001 & from .12 to .14 for FY 2002. This is good to see. I think the market under reacted to the news this week. I bought more on Thursday. The order book backlog now stands at approximately $50 M. If the company can firm up the LOI then we should see a lot of new attention afforded to this stock. Things are looking good. Cheers!!!
