RE: General thoughts before Meeting 6/14

RE: General thoughts before Meeting 6/14I don't know exactly how the escrow was worded for Palkovsky 2m shares, but I would imagine the time he is selling his shares will probably be part of a 12 month period where Napier does $10m sales, so I doubt he will lose his shares held in escrow. Maybe he is just playing safe. If NIR does not reach profitability ($10-£12m) per annum then he got a chunk of money out while there was still a lot of liquidity in the market. If it does well, he gets 2 million more shares and the option to buy 1 million more at 1.26, three months ago I would have considered that cheap, and if sales continue to grow, it will be again. He will still have a large stake if the company does OK. He is just not putting all his eggs in one basket. damn, why didn't I think of that :-) Idle
