RE: NIR and BTX, etc

RE: NIR and BTX, etcFirst I heard was an NR saying Brad had become a director of BTX a few months ago. I was not impressed given how much work there is to be done both on the ground and strategically getting Napier products into the market. Why is he dividing his time when Napier has such potential? I am now even less impressed when money raised from Investors on the back of Napiers business plan is being used to fund companies Brad has a personal interest in. I doubt any of the people involved in the last Napier palcement were told about BTX. Why is Napier spending cash when their whole marketing effort is limited by it's finances? Something stinks here, just haven't figured what. Is Brad building contigency because he no longer beleives in Napier Is this all part of some scheme to drive share price down, make company look bad, run short of cash so somoene can pick up a large chunk of the company at low cost when they are forced to raise more cash. Some omnipotent ego thing I just don't get it. Interested to hear what happens in court. Would be even more interested in hearing from the people such as Sergio as to why they found things so bad they felt they had to leave. Stories we have heard so far a too one sided to be believable IMO. I still can't see how going into business in competeion with Napier with new product only weeks after leaving the company will not be sat on by the courts, but it is of great concern re: moral that things have come to this. Idle PS, I find it helps to have PMC on ignore.
