RE: Yes the OSC Yes..I have to agree,if the retail shareholders had any idea how bad a mess ITM was in because of this SG deal,,most would have sold when the selling was good,,or at least better,,of course that would mean some of the big players would have been left holding the bag,,and that does not happen very often.. I quess the best thing to do is just stay away from start-up penny stocks to begin with.. Let the little b*stards go to the bank like us when they want a money.. If the loan manager dosn`t give them a loan,,screw`um.. The great tech bull market of 2 years ago has created far too many of these little start-ups to begin with.. They are dropping like flys.. ITM is not the first and will not be the last.. I still want to see some sort of investigation to find out exactly what happened before set the dogs on these ITM guys.. Good luck.. RJ
