RE: Further clarification on Q2 CC

RE: Further clarification on Q2 CCWell it seems we certainly have a divergence in opinions around the CC & the outlook for CSY. I am quite surprised that the stock has not sold off more but it may still be coming. The volume is eerily low considering the surprise news. Glenn, I feel the strong urge to comment on your message. You stated; 1. In the aftermath of the conference call, I see Research Capital reduced their rating on CSI to "Accumulate". Honestly, I am at a bit of a loss to understand why this would be the case. 1. IMO, the decision by RC was bang on. This is what you do when a company does a surprise, significant profit warning! It was a profit warning & a severe one at that. I don't care what kind of positive spin the company puts on it. We have been given so many excuses by CEO's over the last 18 months. Excuses which most often turned out to serious problems with lot's of sugar on them. You can be damn sure that there is always more to the story. I remember sending an email to the CFO of EMG when I was holding that stock about 5-6 months ago as I was concerned about their lack of working capital. He assured me in his response that all was fine. I sold soon after that around $3.35. It is now a penny stock. We have not heard of any new deals for over 3 months and they just told us they will fall way short of earlier projections for Q3 & Q4. The next two quarters will put a strain on their working capital. 2. Things are looking as bright as they've ever looked for CSI. 2. See No.1 above. 3. So essentially, Q3 is really an unexpected blip, of a customer-specific nature, that in no way speaks to the market demand of CSI's products. 3. Really??? Glenn, a blip??? They lowered the expectations by almost half! How can that possibly not be related to market demand? 4. So essentially, really things couldn't be better as CSI. Unbelievably IMO, they continue to defy market trends by seeing strong growth for their products pretty much across the board in their various verticals. 4. See No. 1 & No. 3 above. FWIW I am still holding 3,800 shares after selling 10,200 on Wednesday. My average cost was below my average selling price on Wednesday. As Jim stated, the risk has increased. I would add that the reward is more cloudy. In the interest of keeping a balanced opinion on this board, see No.1, No. 2, No. 3 & No. 4 above. ;-) Thanks for reading, Cheers!!!
