More on the IGWM listing....
More on the IGWM listing....When will the stock list?
The Company is in the process of submitting its second quarter financials to the SEC. During the next 30 days they will either approve us for trading or request additional information. Best practice is to provide them what they want as timely as possible. We know all shareholders are frustrated by these delays (and so are we). Our
compliance team is doing a stalwart job responding to the demands of the SEC and our Auditors. Everything is being done as quickly and as diligently as possible.
Valuation of the stock.
We cannot supply a valuation to investors. The officers of the company are prohibited from commenting on the value of the stock during and after the listing process.
Investor confidence
Six Bioloc demonstration sites are currently being established in the United States, Canada, Vietnam, Spain and Australia. Distributors have either been appointed or we are in detailed negotiations with potential
distributors in Canada, Australia and New Zealand, the UK and Ireland, the Benelux Countries, Spain, Korea and Thailand.
Orders associated with these distributor contracts have been received or pledged as part of negotiations for 150 BIOLOC systems. 55 Pro-forma invoices have been issued to Spanish farmers who are applying for a rebate from the Spanish government for the BIOLOC system. Our own sales people in the United States are projecting sales of 70 units within the next three months of trading.
There have been delays in getting the product to market, but each delay has been matched by a significant improvement in either the performance or a reduction in maintenance cost of the unit.
Which exchange and why?
When the SEC approves our 10SB Registration Statement, the company will have to trade on the Bulletin Board for a period of time to establish its stock price. We cannot predict what that will be, but we know the factors that affect its performance in the short-term will relate directly to revenues, perceived demand for BIOLOC and our ability to meet targets. In the longer term, our profitability and our ability to maximize market penetration will drive the stock price.
Based on the performance of the stock during its Bulletin Board stage and the interest shown in it from strong institutional investors, the Board will then decide whether to list on the American Stock Exchange, or the Small
Cap Nasdaq.
