RE: rumor

RE: rumorThe news release about the rig says that Simmons has been contracted to supply and operate the rig. This doesn't sound like a sale and I don't know why it would be a secret if they did buy it, that is why I doubt the validity of the rumor. One thing I do know about GHN is if they hit on #2 as expected the company plans on getting another rig to drill GHN. From my sources the company feels they are certain that GHS and GHN are linked. The reason for getting a second rig is to prove out GHN at the same time they are drilling other production wells with the existing rig for GHS, as per the development plan. Obviously with the oil sector in general still hungry for takeovers the more oil is proven the higher the offer that could be forthcoming. The tight hole status until Nov. 20th could allow them to drill GHN before announcing #2 and if GHN proves out would increase dramatically the possible takeover value of the company.
