Quick Value Estimation!

Quick Value Estimation!MCC Any retort to KingFisher's $17,500. I see where you got yr $25-$30,000 which is surely now out of date and you should use 48,000 boe/d. On $17,500 that gives us $6.10 Asset value. Anyone got a handle on what current values are reasonable? How do you factor in Future Taxes into the equation? I am putting together a Spread on the Company's Cashflow going forward in light of the decline in prices but they should still be able to handle debt. The CFO did say that they had not made a Forecast yet on the new merged Entity in their half-yearly conference and that did not impress me. Capital expenses were being kept wothin cashflow constraints now. The price of the stock when the Odlum Brown report came out was $6.98. He was advising then a cashflow estimated at $3.15 for 2001 and $3.95 for 2002. That was based on their selling that $200 million of asets on the block and reducing debt to the $350/375 Mn level. Hey, the worst that could happen is that the Company is taken over by a larger concern at surely a price higher than this Over to you all for your uselful incite. By the way how many Cu M in a barrel?
