I was told several times by Kirby Mercer that because of the agreement with Hunt/PCP they cannot release anything on the well without the approval of Hunt/PCP. In the past some news releases have been held up for several days waiting for Hunt/PCP approval to send it to the newswire. I have believed from the time they declared tight hole status that it was Hunt/PCP's doing and not CQV's. I think CQV has as much on it's plate as it can handle for quite some time. We shall see eventually.
