RE: I have questions...if china does it, they'll probably start in peking area-want to clean up air for olympics. in u.s. an acre of lawn has about 20x pesticide and fertiliser runoff as an acre of farmland. small engines are similar in comparision to cars-chain saws, outboards, snowmobiles, etc, are way more polluting for their size, there's another untapped user. snowmobiles are being phased out of yellowstone park, for example, partially for their pollution.
