Maybe I'm dense, but I don't recall the release saying a deal was off, merely that negotiations were continuing with more than one party. From experience in data rooms, I know that these things take awhile to put together, and I repeat: where there's smoke, there's fire, and I believe a deal will happen soon. How soon, I'm not prepared to guess. If I knew that, I'd be buying and selling like a daytrader with the sort-term fluctuations. JMHO Smarmy
