I was looking at the real time feed via Disnat (Desjardins Securities) when NHC was halted and that's what I found as the real-time news. I cut and paste from the Disnat real-time news feed without the date. But today, Saturday, I cannot find that stuff. I am awfully sorry if I misled anyone. My apologies. I had a hard time understanding that "news" myself. As to the private placement, Disnat did not show it. Strange because they showed old news and not the new one about the private placement. The PP news I saw at Yahoo. I don't know if Disnat displayed the PP news later. Anyone can confirm what I am saying or am I nuts!
