Remember that when this deal was being negotiated, WRX's share price was substantially below $2, and likely the large spike over the last 2 weeks was due to a few loose lips. Whereas I had serious doubts about this company sticking around a few months ago, it now looks like they managed to weather the storm, which is most of the battle for the small caps over the last year. I plan to start accumulating this stock.
