NEWS RELEASE OMNI-LITE ANNOUNCES RECORD 3RD QUARTER REVENUES OML-CDNX CERRITOS, CALIFORNIA. October 19, 2001- Omni-Lite is pleased to announce that revenues for the third quarter were in excess of $975,000 US or approximately $1,521,000 CDN, an increase of 65% over the same period in fiscal 2000. "This brings the company's total revenue for the first three quarters of fiscal 2001 to over $2,064,473 US or $3,220,578 CDN, an increase of 46% over revenue in the same period of fiscal 2000", stated Tim Wang, Sales and Business Development Manager. The company is also pleased to announce that it has received a Notice of Allowance for a fifth US Patent. This Patent covers the composite materials utilized in some of the products offered by the Sports and Recreation Division. This Patent is expected to be issued in the next two to four months.
